  • Vendor Registration & Booth Setup: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Icebreaker Social & Vendor Show – Exhibition Hall: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    Join us for an unforgettable evening of networking and fun! Mingle with conference instructors, top industry vendors, and hundreds of attendees. Enjoy free food and beer, shopping, idea sharing, and more – all in a lively and relaxed atmosphere. Don’t miss this perfect kickoff to the conference!

Wednesday, September 16 th

  • Vendor Hall Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Class Breaks:
    Morning Break:     10:00 AM – 10:30 AM – Free Coffee & Sweet Treats in the Vendor Hall
    Lunch Break: 12:15 PM – 1:15 PM – Everyone is on their own for lunch
    Afternoon Break: 3:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Free Refreshments & Snacks in the Vendor Hall
  • Everyone’s welcome!
    Not part of the conference? No problem! Come join us anyway – free of charge – from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Exhibition Hall. It’s a great chance to shop, connect with the K-9 community, and experience the action up close.
  • Hospitality Night – Exhibition Hall:  5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
