By submitting the online registration, the attendee agrees to the following cancellation and refund policy:
Cancellation/Refund Policy:

A 100% refund, minus a non-refundable processing fee of $25, will be issued for cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the event.

A 50% refund, minus the $25 non-refundable processing fee, will be issued for cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior to the event.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 29 days of the event.
Substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed within the same company, agency, or department without penalty.
Substitution requests must be submitted at least one (1) week before the event, and a completed registration form for the substitute attendee is required for processing.
