K-9 who found 2-year-old meets up for a ‘proper thank you’

MADISON (WKOW) — A 2-year-old and the K-9 who helped rescue her met under better circumstances last week. Piper walked away from her family a few days before and was eventually found in a nearby quarry thanks to a multi-agency search.
