Spike’s K9 Fund will be teaming up with The Law Office of Heather M. Nappi, PC and the Rockland County Police Department and K9s to host a festival for the dogs in Congers, NY. The event will take place at the VMA Field in Congers 12:00-6:00pm. This event will include great food, music, carnival games, K9 appearances and more!
