This course is for those who meet the minimum standards set by POST to become an evaluator. The course consists of lecture and hands-on evaluation of canine teams. Those wishing to participate in the course may also run their canine through the evaluation process for certification.
**Class size is limited, so pre-register early!**
Prerequisites:
- Attendees must have a minimum of five years experience as a LE K9 Handler or LE K9 Trainer
- Attendees must have a minimum of 200 hours of documented training in the area they are evaluating
NOTE: Attendees must provide verification of prerequisites prior to the beginning of the course
