Newly elected Chester County PA Sheriff Fredda Maddox gives thumbs up to two of her K9 teams on receiving their new bullet proof vests. K9 Maddie sits with her handler Deputy Chris Klein on the left and K9 Cairo on the right with his handler Deputy Bill Rosenbaum. These two vests were given by Elizabeth Gilmore, a long time benefactor for the Chester County Sheriff’s Canine Unit. Sheriff Maddox stated “that especially during these challenging times protective gear for our team is more important than ever, so we are grateful for the vests for Maddie and Cairo,”.
