INSTRUCTOR:

Marcel Dulanksy- a champion decoy in Slovakia, Austria and Netherlands. Marcel and his staff produce over a hundred police service dogs each year. Marcel will instruct on basic and advanced decoy theories and techniques utilizing the bite sleeve, bite suit, hidden sleeve and muzzle supported by the staff of Excel K9 Services Inc.
