NEW BERN, Craven County — A weekend traffic stop led to the arrests of two people accused of drug trafficking and officials are giving the credit to a furry, four-footed officer.
On Saturday, the Craven County Sheriff’s Office Crime Suppression Unit stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation near the intersection of Saints Delight Church Road and Collins Stree and during the stop, K9 Stihl alerted deputies to narcotics in the vehicle. Read More
