K9 and Handler earn top ranking in narcotics detection

WALTON COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – A local K9 and his handler made a big accomplishment.
According to officials from the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, K9 Kayne and Sergeant Kristin Pond won first place in vehicle narcotics detection, third place in room narcotics detection, and placed second within inter-department teams.
Kayne and Pond were invited to the United States Police Canine Association (USPCA) National K9 Trials in New Jersey in May. Read More
