ALTON – A 14-year-old is traveling over three hours to honor Alton K9 Officer Odin, who died in the line of duty on Aug. 22.
Zachary Pruss, of Braidwood, Illinois, will make his way to the Alton Police Department to run 1 mile while carrying a blue line flag on Saturday, Sept. 28 at 4 p.m. Pruss is a youth runner for Running 4 Heroes, a nonprofit organization based in Florida.
