The course will be presented by Mr. Rob Walker, Legal Director for Vohne Liche Kennels. Mr.
Walker brings 35 years of Legal, Leadership and Management training experience to Vohne Liche
Kennels. Rob is a retired police officer specializing in training and constitutional issues. Rob has
been an adjunct instructor at Vohne Liche Kennels since 1994 and full time at VLK since 2010. He
has taught over 5000 police officers in various subjects since 1988.
Mr. Walker possesses a Juris Doctorate and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice.
K9 Unit Management and Liability Mitigation is a must for K9 trainers, supervisors,
command staff and handlers.
